Petitioner is seeking employment on compassionate grounds under the 'Bread Winner Scheme'. A representation was made by the petitioner on 05.11.2016, followed by further representation dated 08.02.2017. Alleging in action, this writ petition is filed. 2.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned standing counsel submit that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the consideration of representation.

Having regard to this submission, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Regional Manager (2nd respondent) to consider the request of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds under the 'Bread Winner Scheme' and to pass appropriate orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
