HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19416 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3, 5 and 7 in sending Task Force Police Constables to the petitioners' house on 09.06.2018 and threatening with dire consequences, interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that 1st petitioner's son by name Bilal, is accused in a murder case registered in Crime No.178/2018 under Section 302 of IPC on the file of Abdullapurmet P.S of Rachakonda Commissionerate; that as the said accused is a resident of Yakutpura which is under the jurisdiction of South Zone of Hyderabad Commissionerate and is absconding since commission of offence, at request of Abdullapurmet police, South Zone Task Force Police Constables were deputed to assist them; and that except enquiring about the whereabouts of the son of the 1st petitioner, Task Force Personnel never resorted to any threatening as alleged by the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. It goes without saying that since the crime is not registered

against the petitioners, the respondents shall follow due process of law, if their presence is required. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 29.06.2018 t k.
