THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN ARBITRATION APPLICATION No.79 OF 2015 ORDER:

Considered the letter, dated 09.07.2018 of Sri P.Dayakar Reddy, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), expressing his inability to act as the third arbitrator as per the Order, dated 08.06.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Arbitration Application No.79 of 2015.

The situation noticed in the order, dated 08.06.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Arbitration Application No.79 of 2015, that two arbitrators appointed by the parties are unable to arrive at a consensus regarding the third arbitrator continues. 3.

Accordingly, in supersession of the order, dated 08.06.2018, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Arbitration Application No.79 of 2015, this Arbitration Application is allowed appointing third arbitrator.

Sri Y.V.Ramakrishna, Retired District and Sessions Judge, is appointed as third arbitrator. The learned arbitrator shall fix his remuneration, and incidental charges for the arbitration proceedings, in consultation with the parties. He shall complete arbitration proceedings, and pass an award at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of commencement of arbitral proceedings.
