This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused in C.O.R.No.43 of 2016 on the file of the Prohibition and Excise Station, Banswada, Nizamabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) r/w 22 of NDPS Act, 1985.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused would submit that the petitioneraccused would surrender before the Magistrate concerned and then work out remedies available under law. 3.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
