Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed representation dt.15.09.2016 to the 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent requesting to drop the disciplinary action, initiated against the petitioner taking into account the letter No.A2/872/2016 dt.16.08.2016 of the 2nd respondent-District Collector, Adilabad and the 1st respondent is not disposing of the same.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.15.09.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
