When the matter was listed on 05.09.2017, there was no representation for the appellant and, therefore, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
