No.354 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar ) It is fairly conceded by Sri P.Roy Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, that the issue raised in this appeal fell for consideration before this Court in W.A.No.874 of 2011 and batch and by common order dated 01.02.2012, the said batch of writ appeals were dismissed.

Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed in terms of the earlier adjudication in W.A.No.874 of 2011 and batch. This writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
