This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23231 of 2016 dated 03.08.2016. When the matter is listed on 04.08.2017, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23231 of 2016, proceedings dated 29.06.2017 were issued.

None appears for the petitioners today.

In view of the proceedings dated 29.06.2017, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 29.06.2017. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
