I have perused the written instructions dated 19.07.2013 and also counter affidavit of the 6th respondent. With the passage of time and in view of the written instructions, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
