HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.20 guntas in Sy.No.113 of Narsannapally village, Kamareddy Mandal and district. Petitioner claimed to have submitted application in Form-6A for mutation of his name in the revenue records, and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. The receipt of such application by TS-Online is filed as Ex.P1. Alleging inaction in considering the application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Material on record would disclose that application was made by the petitioner in the prescribed form. That being so, if the same is not disposed of so far, the Tahsildar (4th respondent) is directed process the application submitted by petitioner and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. If the petitioner is entitled to mutate his name in the revenue records and entitled to passbooks and title deeds, the same shall be accordingly mutated and issued. Entire exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
