Ashok Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the possession notice issued by the respondents under Section 13 (4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2. Permission is accorded and accordingly, granting liberty as sought, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
