The counsel for petitioner has submitted a letter dt.29.10.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh intending to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. 2.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
