HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.29923 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to submit a fresh representation. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the 3rd respondent within a period of 2 weeks from today and on such filing a representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in the light of the provisions of the Indian Electricity Act and the rules made there under as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of representation. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
