This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of the Telangana Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, is filed aggrieved by the Judgment, dated 11.09.2019, passed in R.C.A.No.96 of 2018 by the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein the order, dated 03.10.2018, passed in R.C.No.255 of 2014 by the III Additional Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, was confirmed.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ tenant and perused the record.

The revision petitioner herein is the tenant and the respondent is the landlady of the subject premises. The dispute is with regard to eviction of the petitioner from the subject premises and delivery of vacant possession to the respondent herein. Both the Courts blow have elaborately dealt with whether there was any wilful default on the part of the revision petitioner in paying the rents from June, 2013 to November, 2014 and whether there was bona fide requirement of the subject premises by the respondent. Both the Courts below have analyzed the entire evidence on record and ordered for eviction of the revision petitioner from the subject premises. There is no perversity in the impugned Judgment passed by the Court below. The first appellate Court had already granted two (2) months time to the revision petitioner to vacate the subject premises.

Under these circumstances, there is nothing to deviate from the assailed Judgment. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission.
