O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for the following relief: " To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent No.4 herein in causing interference in the civil disputes and forcibly taking away the keys by putting lock to the office premises of the petitioner temple without any authority or jurisdiction, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to take action against the 4th respondent for causing interference in the civil disputes, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Mangalahat Police Station, stating that this respondent never interfered with the civil dispute and forced the petitioner to lock the subject temple and took away the keys.

Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
