Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioner, withdrawn the writ petition seeking liberty to challenge the transfer policy of the respondents and suspension of any other consequential orders in appropriate proceedings.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for, but in the circumstances without costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
