THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2312 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.35108 of 2014, dated 04.12.2014. Now a counter affidavit is filed stating that an order was passed on 17.08.2015 implementing the orders of this Court. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case, and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
