ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare order, dated 28.06.2012, of respondent No.3, whereby he made a provisional assessment by way of back billing for a period of five years as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Mantha Rajendra, learned counsel representing Mr.Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim orders, dated 04.12.2012 and 26.12.2012 are vacated and W.P.M.P.No.47303 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
