THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1751 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed revision under Section 20(3) of the A.P (T.A) (Abolition of Jagirs Regulation), 1358-Fasli, against the rejection order dated 17.10.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent in file No.A1/92/2015. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader representing learned Advocate General.

Since it is stated that in pursuance to the revision filed by the petitioners, the 1st respondent called for records from the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 01.02.2017 t k.
