Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that investigation is taken up in Crime

No.471 of 2014 on the file of Kadiyam Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban District. The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Home, however, show that as per the orders of the Superintendent of Police, the said crime is entrusted for investigation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Women Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban District, and he re-examined LWs.1 and 3 and also examined LW.10. It is stated that the investigation so far does not show that A-1 has received any amount. It is also stated that after completion of investigation, an appropriate final report would be filed shortly.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.471 of 2014 expeditiously and file appropriate final report.
