Heard learned counsel appearing for both parties. With the consent of counsel appearing for both sides, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition is came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue order direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.11.2015 as illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.11.2015 to direct the 3rd respondent not to entertain any document for registration in respect of the land covered in RS No.38/3 and 40/2 an extent of Ac.5.00 Cts situated at Daminedu Village, Tirupuathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District."

3. Though various grounds raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent- Vice-Chairman, Tirupati Urban Development Authority, Tirupati, Chittoor District to take action on the legal notice, 04.11.2015, got issued by the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation did not dispute the same.

4. Having regard to the above and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint, dated 04.11.2015, got issued by the petitioner against respondent No.4, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand

closed.
