THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.791 OF 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 03.01.2014 in C.M.A. No.18 of 2012 passed by the Principal District Judge at Nizamabad, whereby the learned District Judge set aside the order dated 24.09.2012, in I.A. No.18 of 2012 in O.S. No.2 of 2012, passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nizamabad District, remanded the matter while directing the trial court to mark the documents filed on behalf of the respondent herein and also the documents of petitioner, if any filed, in accordance with law.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was dismissed for default on 24.08.2017 and hence the cause in the revision petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
