ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 27.06.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.12816 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for the respondents reported that the petitioner was continued till his tenure of contract and the issue as to whether the contract has to be extended or not is the subject matter of the writ petition filed by him.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in the writ petition filed by him.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
