HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 571 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not taking any action against the respondents 3 and 4 pursuant to the representation dated 26.12.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.2-72 cents in Survey No.425/1B of Jammalapalem village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPS Nellore district and the same is subject matter of W.P.No.19350 of 2016 and O.S.No.255 of 2016 filed by the petitioner against the revenue authorities and respondents 3 and 4 respectively. The petitioner sent a representation on 26.12.2016 to the Inspector of Police, Kavali Rural Circle through registered post and after causing preliminary enquiry a case in Crime No.2 of 2017 was registered on 13.01.2017 against the respondents 3 and 4 and another.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
