When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, that the municipal authorities will follow due process of law, if any action is necessary.

The said statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. It is also made clear that the petitioner herein shall not make any further constructions till the permission is obtained.
