This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order, dated 24.07.2019, passed in I.A.No.333 of 2019 in O.S.No.46 of 2016 on the file of V Additional District Judge (FTC), Jangaon.

On 20.01.2020 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.01.2020 under the caption for dismissal. 4.

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal at 2.30 p.m., when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
