ORDER:

The petitioner, who appears to have some title dispute with respondent No.3, filed this writ petition on the apprehension that respondent No.2 Corporation will not consider her objections raised on 04.07.2015, 04.09.2015 and 23.11.2015, to the application for building permission filed by respondent No.3 over the property admeasuring sq.yds.

in survey No.67 (part) of Madhapur Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In my opinion, the petitioner failed to show any basis for the above noted apprehension. However, Mr.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent No.2 Corporation, has submitted that though the Building Committee has taken a decision, respondent No.2 Corporation has not issued building permit in favour of respondent No.3 so far.

Therefore, respondent No.2 Corporation is directed to consider the objections of the petitioner while considering the application of respondent No.3 for grant of building permission. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.52300 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
