Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in putting seals on the PF Stall (Refreshment Stall) being run by petitioner in Giddalur Railway Station, Prakasam District, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 27.04.2017 and grant temporary extension of licence to the petitioner till regular tenders are called for in respect of the above PF Stall by further directing the 2nd respondent to remove the seals on the PF Stall being run by the petitioner.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation made by the petitioner was considered by the 2nd respondent, and hence nothing survives for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed.
