Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipality.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, it submitted a representation/ application, dated 27.03.2018, to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipality, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to verify the representation/ application, dated 27.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
