Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) for respondents. The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer for shop No.18 situated at Polampadu village, vide proceedings dated 8.10.1987 on permanent basis. While so, the Deputy Tahsildar, Koligiri along with the Deputy Tahsildar, (C.S) Atmakur inspected the said shop on 13.05.2015 and submitted a report to the 3rd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer, and based on their report the 3rd respondent passed an order on 14.05.2015 suspending the authorisation of the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner had submitted explanation on 22.05.2015 itself, so far no order has been passed by the 3rd respondent. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the order of suspension, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the allegations levelled against the petitioner by observing principles of natural justice and pass appropriate final orders in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J.
