ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing No.K/2723/2009, dated 11.08.2009, of respondent No.1, whereby he has placed the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation under suspension.

This Court by order, dated 08.09.2009, suspended the impugned proceedings suspending the petitioner's authorisation. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that the enquiry is pending before respondent No.1 and that no final order has been passed.

Therefore, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry, pass a final order and take action depending upon the nature of the order that he may pass, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.24451 of 2009 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
