HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12029 OF 2017 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by her under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, against the order passed by the 3rd respondent is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector, Ongole, Prakasam District. Hence, this writ petition.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is directed only against the non-disposal of the revision filed by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision said to have been filed by the petitioner, independently without being influenced by the order of this Court, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then status-quo regarding entries in revenue records obtaining as on today shall be maintained.

4.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
