lA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to declare the inaction of the Respondent No.4 in not releasing the mortgae deeds/ bonds of the lands of the Petitioners to an extent of Ac.1-35 gts in Sy.No.366/RU, Ac.1-32 gts in Sy.No.396/LU, Ac.0-08 gts in Sy.No.46419, Ac.2-00 gts in Sy.No.464l17, situated at Motakondur Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District erstwhile Nalgonda District, even inspite of the loans obtained by us for purchasing the said lands are waived off by the Respondent No.1 , as illegal arbitrary, unjust apart from violative of principles of natural justrice ii) to consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to forthwith release the mortgage deeds/bonds of the lands of the Petitioners in Ac.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed by this Court in WP No.24590 of 2015 dated 13.11.2015. Following the said order, the present Writ Petition can be disposed of.

Sri S. Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 has no objection for disposal ol the Writ Petition and also submitted that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition is covered by the above said orders. 3.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.11.2015 in WP No.24590 of 2015. No order as to costs.
