THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23011 OF 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, and the present writ petition is filed by him seeking a direction to place his name at appropriate place in Seniority List.

Having considered the same, this Court is of the view that cause in the present writ petition, at this point of time, may not survive. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present writ petition stand closed.
