THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1790 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 23.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5792 of 2016. However, Sri T. Balaswami, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after institution of this contempt case, the said order has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
