This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 01.12.2014 in E.P.No.107 of 2013 in O.S.No.37 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Hindupur. (for short, 'the Court below'). During hearing, Sri C. Sai Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the above mentioned suit itself has been disposed of, by the Court below and therefore, the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
