The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondents in taking action against respondent Nos.6 to 8, basing on the FIR No.220 of 2019 of P.S. Siricilla dated 01.07.2019, as being arbitrary, illegal, null and void, and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard Sri K. Venumadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 05.12.2019, submits that after registering a case vide Crime NO.220 of 2019 on 01.07.2019, the respondent authority took up investigation and in the course of investigation, L.Ws-1 to 13 were examined and recorded their statements, got prepared scene of panchanama, further obtained caste certificate of the accused person. By the said written instructions, it is stated that investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet was filed before the Special Sessions Judge for the Trial of Offences under SC/ST (POA) Act, Karimnagar on 27.11.2019 and Sessions Case number is awaited.

Having regard to the said submission, since a charge sheet has already been filed in the case registered based on the complaint made by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in
the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 6.
