The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are not registering the FIR on the reports made by the petitioner dated 22-12-2009, 03-03-2010 and 05-07-2011. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.38859 of 2015 by its order dated 30-11-2015 directing the police to follow the guidelines laid down in the judgment of Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 30-11-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.38859 of 2015.
