THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11172 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioner/accused in F.I.R. No.4 of 2010 of Cyber Crime Police Station, C.I.D., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 507 and 509 I.P.C. and Sections 66(A), 66(E), 67 of I.T. Amendment Act, 2008. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that after filing of the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings at the crime stage, charge-sheet was filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if so advised.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
