ORAL ORDER:

Heard both sides.

2. Case of the petitioners is first petitioner's vehicle (JCB) bearing No. AP 26AY 6741 and second petitioner's vehicle (Hitachi) bearing No. 200 Ex.200 L C No. 2001/11546 were seized on the ground that they have found in the dump yard of organizer. Having regard to Rule 18 of G.O.Ms No. 95.I & C (Mines-IV) dated 28.8.2014 petitioners claim for release of the vehicles, is required to be considered.

3. Having regard to the orders passed by this Court in several similar writ petitions, petitioners are granted liberty to file an application to the Tahsildar (Second respondent) to release vehicles and as and when such application is filed, the second respondent shall release the vehicles of the petitioners subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms No. 95.I & C (Mines-IV) dated 28.8.2014.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. ______________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE:18.6.2015
