Common Order :

Writ Petition No.40914 of 2014 is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in not implementing Order, dated 23-12-2010, of this Court in WP.No.3189 of 2010, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the said respondents to implement the said order.

The petitioner has filed WPMP.No.47475 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. In the affidavit, filed in support of this Application, the petitioner has stated that he has approached respondent Nos.2 and 3 for settling the dispute out of the Court, for which the latter has agreed, and that therefore, he wants to withdraw the Writ Petition. In view of the above request, WPMP.No.47475 of 2015 is allowed and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51258 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
