HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 578 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 10.3.2006 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, in I.A.No. 2236 of 2006 in O.S.No. 431 of 2005.

As seen from the record, the First Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar vide his letter dated 4.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 431 of 2005 was disposed of on 26.6.2013 wherein the suit was dismissed with costs.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
