Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Government Pleader for Home states that Crime No.159 of 2016 has been registered on 18-08-2016 by 2nd respondent against 3rd respondent pursuant to the reference made under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. by the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to complete investigation and file appropriate final report before the said Court. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
