HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3368 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.509 of 2010 pending on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

While so, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing the letter, dated 26.12.2016, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Women Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that C.C.No.509 of 2010 was ended in acquittal and thus prayed to dismiss the criminal petition.
