The relief claimed in this writ petition is mainly against respondent No.3. The other two respondents are only formal & official respondents and the writ petition was already dismissed for default against R3 on 19-10-2010 for non-compliance of order dated 18-082010. 2.

As the writ petition is dismissed against the main party, no cause survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
