Pursuant to order dated 13.6.2018, the respondents have produced the dispatch register dated 25.2.2012 whereby it is established that the petitioner made an application on 27.2.2017 whereas the learned Tribunal has held that there is no proof of such application made by the petitioner.

In addition to the above document, the learned Government Pleader for Services I has brought to the notice of this Court that the son of the deceased Neelapu Venkata Swamy filed O.A.No.7196 of 2013 and pursuant to the orders passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal on 7.11.2013, the application of the son of the deceased was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 20.1.2014.

It is not in dispute that in the proceedings before the learned Tribunal, there is no reference of rejection of application dated 20.1.2014, which is conveyed to the learned Counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and liberty to take steps before the appropriate forum challenging the order dated 20.1.2014. 5.

Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.
