HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7985 & 7986 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7587 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 and the respondents Nos.2 to 4-defacto complainants of S.C. No.692 of 2016 on the file of IX Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of Crime No.355 of 2005 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 307 and 212 IPC, present before this Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
