This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A3, in Crime No.623 of 2012 on the file of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 120B, 406, 448 and 420 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioner can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
