HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42187 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in dispossessing the petitioner from her house bearing No.10-2-459, admeasuring 50 square yards, situated at Deendar Anjuman, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad by putting lock, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of house bearing No.10-2-459, situated in an extent of 50 square yards at Deendar Anjuman, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad and the 3rd respondent is trying to dispossess her from the said house, on the ground that he received a complaint from a third party stating that she grabbed the said property, and that on 28.11.2016, the police constables put lock to her house.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, informed that the respondent police never put lock to the house of the petitioner and are not intending to interfere with the civil disputes. Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
