Heard Sri Joginipally Sai Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation for the respondents.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners, who claim to be persons displaced in the construction of Mid-Maneru reservoir, seek relief of rehabilitation and resettlement as per the policy notified by the 1st respondent-State Government is vide G.O.Ms.no.68 dt.08-04-2005.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents states that if the petitioners submit a representation within two weeks from today to the Special Deputy Collector, Kudurpaka village, Boinpally Mandal, Karimnagar District, the said official will consider representation of the petitioners keeping in mind the above G.O. and pass appropriate orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of receipt of petitioners' representation. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit representation to the Special Deputy Collector, Kudurpaka village, Boinpally Mandal, Karimnagar District within two weeks from today and the said official is directed to dispose of the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
